Run three to four retail fit-outs at a time from permit through punch list.
Responsibilities
- Own schedules, budgets and subcontractors
- Run weekly owner-architect-contractor meetings
- Close out permits and warranties
Requirements
- 4+ years commercial interiors
- NYC DOB permit experience
