Underwrite multifamily bridge loans from $2M to $25M and present findings to the credit committee.
Responsibilities
- Build cash-flow and sensitivity models
- Write credit memos for committee review
- Monitor covenants on the existing book
Requirements
- 2+ years credit or real estate finance
- Strong Excel modeling
